The shelters, with an elegant and attractive design, combine photovoltaic technology with the usefulness of having a cover to be used for the most diverse uses. These are modular, of standard dimensions, and therefore can be assembled in one or more close-together modules, according to the specific needs of the customer. Each module generates a peak power of approximately 3 Kw.
The structure of the metal canopy is made with tubular profiles or with open profiles in steel S 235 JR, so as to combine lightness and resistance. For the geometric dimensions it is possible to refer to the graphic attachments. Calculations with drains on foundations are provided on request.
A perforated plate is applied to the base of the pillars, to be used for fixing the canopy to the existing floor by means of dowels, or for grouting the structure with anchor bolts to the foundation plinths. The profiles are galvanized in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461/09 and the zinc used has a purity in accordance with UNI EN 1179 9/97 ex UNI 2013/74.
On request, the canopy can be supplied painted in RAL colors according to the customer’s needs.
All joints are welded in the factory with continuous wire welding in a protected environment. During assembly, the various elements are assembled with class 8.8 certified bolts.
The photovoltaic generator is composed of polycrystalline silicon cell modules which are characterized by their high efficiency and high reliability. The anodized aluminum frame and its 4 mm. tempered glass guarantee long life and durability. Each module measures approximately mm. 1650 x mm. 1000, has a thickness of 40 mm and weighs about kg. 25. They are complete with anti-fraud bolts and junction box. They are covered by a 10 year warranty. The generator is completed by an inverter with LCD display positioned on the front panel, panel and connectors.
Photovoltaic panels support
Metal support for photovoltaic panels – three-seater module.
Made with galvanized steel metal profiles, they are suitable for installation on flat roofs by combining them with specific concrete counterweights that allow them to be fixed to the ground without drilling the existing support.
