Mezzanines in certified metal carpentry

The mezzanines allow you to significantly expand the useful surface of the premises, whether they are commercial, industrial or simply for residential use, after appropriate verification of the bureaucratic and authorization feasibility.

The metal carpentry mezzanines can be made with modular frames that can be duplicated in relation to the actual space available and then joined together with transversal connection beams and secondary load distribution beams, all using high-strength bolts; modularity in some cases allows, if necessary, to disassemble and reassemble them without major problems in a new location according to business needs.

The walking surface can be made, based on the intended use, with a simple wooden plank (if it does not have to withstand excessive loads), with electro-forged metal grid panels, or with corrugated floor plates specifically fixed on the supporting beams and subsequently cast with completion reinforcement and concrete (if intended for use to support machinery and / or in any case of considerable loads).

Access to the mezzanine is normally guaranteed by a metal staircase with steps in grilled metal panels or embossed and shaped sheet metal; the structure is completed by metal box parapets with toeboards placed along the perimeter of the mezzanine and on the ramps of the staircase to guarantee safe access and use.

The finishing of the structures is normally foreseen with a hot galvanizing treatment, or, if required, with an epoxy powder painting treatment in RAL colors.
